The recent big news in my personal life is that I just moved to a new assignment at the Immaculate Conception parish in Cottonwood, AZ. I am all excited and looking forward to meeting new people.
May God bless you all,
Fr. Pawel
Hello Fr. Pawel,
My heart is very heavy (along with many others) to hear that you are leaving St. Timothy’s. . I’m sorry that you have to leave.
God’s blessings to you. †††
In faith and love,
Tina
Fr. Pawel,
Thank you for the many ways you helped us here at St. Timothy’s Community. In the short time you were here, you served the children with your creative children’s homilies, the Lifeteen Mass came alive again with your many gifts of humor, teen involvement, accountability and Christ-like mission to spread the “Good News”. As a Catholic wife and mother I appreciated the Thursday night evening liturgies. I would sometimes bring our family or just myself. Many Thursday evenings I would walk away from mass with a new and fresh idea about “What is Ordinary Holiness”? You have given me the courage and strength to see God in the dull and boring!
Like Tina, above, I am saddened how you had to leave. I am giving God this grief and telling him how joyful I am to have had you here in Mesa, for this past year.
I could go on and on, but for the sake of space I will end here. May God bless your transition to Cottonwood. They are going to be so blessed.
You are a gift,
Genine Telepak
Tina and Genine,
I will miss you and the community very much. I am glad my ministry in Mesa has been useful. I am sure the Cottonwooders are a nice ncommunity too. Now I will pray for both parishes.
Blessings.
